How We Work with Insurance

Our clinic collaborates with all insurance companies, including international providers like Bupa, Cigna, Allianz, and local ones such as ADNIC and Saico Health, Takaful Emarat, NAS Neuron, Cigna Neuron, Daman, Nextcare, Mednet, Metlife, AXA GIG, Union Insurance, Sukoon, Al Madallah, under the “pay and claim” scheme.

How Does “Pay and Claim” Work?

You pay for the services of our clinic, which have been filled out for your insurance company. These forms can be sent to your insurance organization either by email or through your personal account.

Your insurance company will reimburse you for the cost of the paid services.

The reimbursement amount depends on the terms of your insurance program and can range from 80% to 100% of the paid amount.

Direct Billing

Under the direct billing scheme, our clinic works with MSH-Dubai Insurance & MSH-Abudhabi National Insurance Company policies. Available programs:

• MSH Comprehensive
• MSH Platinum
• MSH International

With direct billing, the clinic sends the invoice directly to the insurance company, and you only need to pay a co-payment, which typically does not exceed 50 AED.

Travel Insurance

We accept travel insurance policies that have a partnership with LGA Assistance, BIA Assistance, Europ Assistance, and AP Companies Global Solutions, which partner with most Russian and other international insurance companies.

Please confirm with your home country insurance provider if your policy is covered by LGA Assistance, BIA Assistance, Europ Assistance, or AP Companies Global Solutions for medical treatment coverage at Kandinsky Clinic.
