About Me:

Dmitry Kravchenko is an internist and hematologist of the highest qualification category, a member of the European Hematology Association (EHA) and the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO), PhD in Medicine, and Associate Professor.

In my practice, I use modern diagnostic and treatment methods in accordance with both Russian and international clinical guidelines.

I take an individualized approach to each patient, considering their lifestyle and preferences. I strive to create a friendly and supportive atmosphere during consultations.

In addition to general internal medicine, I specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of blood disorders and hematopoietic system diseases. I regularly advance my professional skills, participate in scientific conferences, and train young specialists as a lecturer and author of the textbook Hematology (Moscow, 2022).

Professional Expertise:

• Diagnosis and treatment of common viral and bacterial infections: ARVI, influenza, bronchitis, pneumonia, tonsillitis, and others.
• Management of patients with chronic conditions: hypertension, diabetes mellitus, gastritis, thyroid disorders, and gastrointestinal diseases.
• Ordering and interpreting laboratory and diagnostic tests, including ECG, X-rays, complete blood count (CBC), and biochemical blood analysis.
• Conducting preventive health examinations, developing personalized monitoring and vaccination programs.
• Diagnosis and treatment of hematological diseases: anemia, coagulation disorders, thrombophilia, thrombosis, bleeding tendencies, and oncohematology.
• Interpretation of hematological tests: CBC, coagulation profile (coagulogram), platelet aggregation tests, immunological markers, and thrombophilia screening (including antiphospholipid syndrome markers).
• Consulting patients with suspected hematologic diseases and developing recommendations for further diagnostics or treatment.

• Gomel State Medical University, Faculty of Medicine (Belarus)
• Postgraduate studies at the Republican Research and Practical Center for Transfusiology and Medical Biotechnology (Minsk, Belarus)
• Additional training: internships in university clinics in Germany, Russia, and Japan; participation in international hematology and oncology seminars in Austria and Spain.

Work Experience:

• From 2012 to 2024: Hematologist at the Hematology Department of the Republican Research and Practical Center for Radiation Medicine and Human Ecology (Gomel, Belarus); also provided outpatient care for hematological patients.
• Head of the Clinical Research Department at the Republican Research and Practical Center in Gomel, Belarus.
