Restoring a Chipped Tooth Without a Filling
Problem
The patient fell while rollerblading and chipped a front tooth. The smile aesthetics were compromised, and sensitivity appeared. Fortunately, the broken fragment was preserved — which is crucial in such cases and significantly improves the prognosis.

Treatment
We chose a minimally invasive biomimetic approach. The chipped edge was carefully refined, the surface prepared, and the original tooth fragment was reattached using a modern adhesive system. No drilling, no filling, and no aggressive intervention were required.
Result
The shape, color, and translucency match perfectly — the tooth is visually indistinguishable from the adjacent teeth. Natural anatomy and bite were preserved, and chewing forces are properly distributed.
The procedure was completed in a single visit, and the tooth remains vital. A follow-up visit was recommended in 3–6 months.
