Veneers Rejuvenated the Face and Solved Bruxism and Severe Tooth Wear
Problem
The patient presented with bruxism and significant tooth wear. The front teeth had become shorter, their shape had changed, and the smile had lost its aesthetics. Examination revealed old restorations with poor margins and generalized wear affecting almost the entire dentition, increasing the risk of further damage.
Treatment
We performed comprehensive digital diagnostics, including intraoral scanning, 3D jaw assessment, and evaluation of the temporomandibular joint. A ceramic rehabilitation plan was proposed — veneers and overlays. This approach restored the lost tooth height, redistributed occlusal load, and improved the overall aesthetics. Before starting treatment, the patient approved a mock-up of the future smile.
Result
Both function and aesthetics were restored. The smile looks natural and harmonious. Treatment was completed using a fully digital protocol, without traditional impressions.
