About Me:

Sergey Chernyshuk - physiotherapist with extensive experience. I am a member of the SMA (Sport Massage Association) of the UK.

I work with children from the age of 12 and adults recovering from various injuries and surgeries. I know how painful and difficult it can be to get over a bruise, sprain, dislocation, fracture or sports injury. But I am here to support you and help you get back in shape.

In my practice, I try to adhere to the principles of evidence-based medicine and rely on international rehabilitation protocols, with a strong emphasis on functional anatomy and biomechanics of movement. I prefer to combine different physiotherapy methods, which I adapt to the individual characteristics and goals of patients:

• Medical and sports massage;
• Myofascial massage and trigger point therapy;
• IASTM therapy (instrumental soft tissue mobilisation);
• Therapeutic exercises;
• Electromyostimulation (EMS);
• Kinesiotaping.

My primary goal is to help people achieve their optimal level of functional activity and improve their quality of life
